I guess I am in the clear now. I don't have anything but check-up appointments and a mamo. My bones hurt, my feet hurt and I still have bouts with lymph edema but I am working through that. I have started exercising. I did too much in the first week and strained a ligament in my left shoulder. Had to wear a sling for a few days, which was no fun. So now I am walking at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes and eating a lower carb diet. Hopefully the time and occurrence of the exercise will increase and I will lose some weight.
